And I just turned around and I call ass out of there. I was done. I wasn't deal with them. The hypocrisy of the cult is one of the things that turned me away the quickest. When I turned my head lights on, it turned and looked at us. And one of the things I remember the most, where the eyes were glowing red. I see an orb of light. It is just circling these steps like it is waiting for me. And he begins to tell them that he saw UFO. They're basically like, what are you talking about. That's seven foot up on a tree, peeking around it, and that's where I saw the top of the muzzle, nose and the eyes. As soon as I made eye contact with this thing, it don't like death. Welcome back to Tenfoil Tels. I'm your host, Brainon Wright. Now we're going to be joined by two separate guests. The first interview is a short one. I met a little girl named Sadie when I was a cryptid Con and she sat down with me and talked about a UFO UAP experience she had in Florida. And then after that we talked to Haley, who I also met at cryptied Con. We talk about some of her bigfoot experiences, but before we bring them on. If you've ever had an experience and you'd like to be on an episode of ten Foiltel, there's a couple of things you can do. You can either send an email to Tenfoil Tales podcast at gmail dot com, or you can go to tenfoiltales dot com and go to the contact section. We're gonna go ahead now and dive into the conversations. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. You want to let me know your name? My name is Sadie Ballard. How old are you, Sadie? Eleven years old? You are here at cryptocon down here in Kentucky and you said you had a UFO experience or an alien experience, right yep. Would you like to let me know a little bit about it? Yeah, So one summer we were down and cs to Keith, Florida. At night when we were me and my dad were walking on the beach and we were start gazing, you know, we were looking out like constellations on an app on his phone and I don't know where. We saw like this right light and it was like spinning all around in the sky. And then we saw a second one and he's like, and my Dad's like, city, what's that? And I was and I was like, I don't know, maybe it's a plane or something. And he goes, I don't think that's a plane. That it's like spinning all around and it can't bear drone because there's like nobody around us. And uh so, like they sat the two spinning lights or like, uh, going in different directions. One was going towards the ocean, and then one was going towards what we call the pointed rocks, which is like where a lot of like deep ocean is. And so they were just like going out and then they and so then like they disappeared, and that's what we saw. And then they came back for a little bit and then they completely just disappeared. What do you think they were. They were probably like UFOs and they probably like saw us, but I don't know. They looked really small, and I believe it was like two small UFOs that were looking down at us. No. Yeah, have you ever seen anything else like that before? I mean I have seen other UFOs experience, like when we were coming back from Barstown one time, and it just went really quickly across the sky and landed somewhere in the forest, But I have never seen anything that stayed for that long in time of just chilling around. Right. That is really really weird. I thought I was I was I I thought it was really cool. I mean I thought I was like a little bit scared. I was scared, but in the moment, like I was just really excited that it was like kind of my first experience with a year orfo, and I thought it was. Really really Oh I'm glad you enjoyed it. Some people get afraid of it, but you don't seem to be get afraid of us. That's good. Yeah. I think some people get afraid of it because they've like it's like aliens or well known crypteds to like they sit people say like they suck people up and they like do to experience on them. So I think that's why some people get afraid. But these alien vs UFOs that I have seen at Sisty Keith Fluram on the beach, they were pretty chill. They were like just looking around and stuff. I don't know what they were looking for. I don't know what they were doing particularly, but I do know that they were pretty chill and they didn't come to hurt us. So I was that was really cool, and I thought maybe they saw us and they really they just like were a little bit shy, but I they were also really pretty chill, so I don't think they were gonna hurt us. All well, I definitely appreciate you sitting down and talking of being sharing that with us You're welcome. Thank you for having me. Yeah, thank you, Like take this time to welcome my guest tonight, Haley. Thanks for coming on here and talking to me. Thank you so great to be here. Would you like to let the audience know a little bit about yourself? Sure, Well, I've been I'm part of Squatch Fishing Outfitters. I have been for a couple of years now, and we'll go out and do bigfoot expeditions and fly fishing excursions. So a lot of my stories are based around that. You've had some experience the while you've been out there. Yeah, I've had a couple of experiences. You'd like to talk about and go right ahead. Sure. There's one event that takes place in October of twenty twenty two. I think it was on Halloween. Actually, we were on an expedition up in the mountains of northern Georgia and everything was going pretty good. We had met many people from different places they had joined us for this one, and as it grew darker, it was time to start moving further into the mountains, and uh we found a desolate forest service road and began hiking down it. We were I guess about a quarter mile in when the group stopped and began to like focus their thermals on the hillside about to the right of us, like a one or two o'clock angle, and we had set we had like our thermals set on a white hot and so anything hot would be illuminated. And Scott from Squatch Fishing Outfitters, he had seen something and he handed his thermal to me and was trying to point it out, and we could see something peeking out from behind a tree, and then just within a few seconds, it took off running from that tree to another, and within those few strides, I could like see its arms and legs swaying as it ran. I had like a humanoid figure, but it was too far away from me to kind of know how big it was. But I wasn't sticking around to find out. And you know, since I'm short, they kind of like to keep me in the middle of the hiking group to protect me, and that's usually where I stay. But that night I was kind of leading the group out of there. He told me, you know, Scott told me never to run, so it was kind of speed walking as fast as I could out there that he Scott later told me that he saw it sort of paralleling us back on our height back to the jeeps, and which would make sense since the figure was running in the direction of the road that we were on. And I kind of was afraid that I might have that it might have, that might it fall, it might follow us back to camp, because sometimes, you know, curious things do that, and it kind of it kind of felt like I might have seen a little bit too much, and so I just had a kind of uneasy feeling about it. But we got back to camp and we kind of hung around a bit around the fire, and then we went to bed, and at the time I was in a tent and it was really cold, so I had a mister Buddy heater on, which was great for warmth, but not so much in like staying stealthy. So you could see my shadow on the outside of the tent whenever I moved, and I didn't really like that very much, but it was too cold to kind of go without it. And about like three point thirty that night, I woke up to this howling that sounded sort of like a mix between a coyote and owl, but I honestly couldn't put a name on it. It just sounded completely weird. And uh, I also heard like a really loud and metal bang, almost as if you took like a metal garbage can and slung it up to the car, and I figured something was trying to get into the bare box. I just listened, and then I heard like metal crunching, as if like something heavy got on top of the hood of the car, and I just kind of kept listening, and uh, through the it was it was like a light rain that was going on, and through the pitter pattern of that, I heard like bipedal footsteps coming in the directions from the cars, and it was sort of kind of slow, but it was getting louder. I could like hear it just outside my tent, but it had to have been something heavy for me to be able to hear its footsteps. And I laid there, like hanging onto my keyfob with my fingers over the panic button because you know, he always told us if we ever needed anyone, to hit the panic button on our key fob and he would come out and see what was going on. So I was kind of hanging on to that, but I didn't want to make any moves because my shadow was the heater was kind of casting my shadow. But for over an hour I kind of just listened to it, and when it got kind of close to my tent, it sort of sounded like a fingernail kind of scratching against my tent, and I'm not really sure what was going on around like outside, but uh, when that sound of the fingernail sort of reached the front of the tent, I heard like a really like deep exhale and it didn't really sound like a bear. It's it just sounded I can't I don't know, it just sounded the just different, not like a person, but but I heard it like go over to the kitchen after that and mess with the grill lid and stuff like that. After that, I couldn't really hear anything else, and I was like really tired about that time. It was like four point thirty in the morning, and I was like, whatever it is, it could just get me because I was too sleepy. And so that morning I woke up and asked others if you know, they had heard anything, and one of the other guys heard something in the kitchen, like the camp kitchen, and so we kind of started looking around and we found what looked like prince beside the cars. But we also found like greasy fingerprints, like with the dermal bridges on them, on the side of the cars, and they're like three times the size of my thumb. But uh that was just one experience. When this was back you said in twenty twenty or twenty twenty two, I. Mean twenty twenty two. Yeah, was the other one more recent, let's see. The the most recent one that I had was we were we were out in the right around the same area, and I got there kind of late, around eight o'clock and it was already dark. This was back last month, and everyone else was was out on the hike and and I was just gonna set up my tent and be ready for when they came back. But I got to kind of shined my flashlight around the camp, and I didn't really want to set up my tent kiss it's just a little bit too scary, and uh so I just kind of sat there in my car and I waited for him, and I sort of saw like this orb kind of float out from behind a tree and kind of softly like fall to the ground. It was really weird because it just sort of disappeared and soon after that, everyone started you know, coming back and everything, and the next day then well the next night we had something like scream and woke us up. It sounded so weird too. It was sounded like a almost like a Native American woman's scream. But the end of it sort of went off into like gibberish because like at first, because it woke me out of my sleep, it's sort of I was like, maybe it's a mountain lion, but it couldn't have been because it just how it changed at the end. Yes, I know with mountain lions and other things, they almost sound from what I've vaguely heard and from what other people have reported, like they sound them was like a woman's screaming sometimes. Yeah, and we've heard we've like seen mountain lions on thermals and we've heard them before, but this one was just a little bit different, and the end of it sort of went off into like this this like like gibberish up and down, hooton, hollering type deal. M. Yeah, I don't when it comes to noises and everything, I'm always I don't know whether to think because I know there's animals out there that are natural that can make those types of noises too, but then you hear some random ones that just don't sound like they would fit something. Yeah, well that was definitely like like that time, and then back in October twenty twenty two, it sort of sounded like a mixture of different types of sounds. I couldn't really put a definite. Name to it, right, Has there been anything else that you've experienced while you've been out looking around? Well, we've had a time when we let's see, this was back in July twenty twenty two. We uh it went further out into the woods and uh set up a little camp and we normally set we normally like split off into two groups. One of them will kind of stay at the fire and then the other group will go out hiking further into the woods. And uh, that time, I was in the group that stayed at the camp, and you know, we we set up the chairs and we had some mokie talkies and uh so we turned them on and they were they were working, they were fine, fully charged. And so it was me, Sheila, Michelle, Danny, and Austin at the camp group and we just sort of started talking around the fire for a little while because sometimes when you do that, that can like kind of draw them in and and sometimes people think that you have to be really quiet, but sometimes that's rarely the case there because there it seems like they're kind of curious. And so we did a few wood knocks and like a clinked on like some few like a rock did some rock clanks, and uh, we kind of waited for a response, and the woods kind of felt like still and quiet, not even the crickets were chirping. And that's happened a couple of times when we were out there, kind of like you know that odds effect when everything goes silent, and usually they say that's, you know, when the predator is around, but and that that's when things started to pick up. We had rocks being thrown at the direction of like the only mail in that group, which seemed a little bit odd because like I think there was four or five women and only one guy and he was the only one with rocks being thrown at him. And then we heard like branches breaking not too far from our right, and then another one to our left, and but just like it was to the left and then to the right, and then I had a few moments where things would kind of settle down. But and then the fire started kind of getting starting to go out, and so we started breaking branches to feed the fire, and whatever was out there breaking branches, I guess kind of liked it because they started breaking any more branches and there it sounded like they're getting closer and closer. And we fought the fire for most of the night, trying to keep that creeping darkness away from us. And Austin, the guy that had the rock strown at him, he had seen ORP that night as well, and we tried to call our hiking group with the walkie talkies, but we got no response and it kept turning off on us. It kept going dead, and we had just charged them before we left, and he was getting closer to midnight and we still hadn't heard from the other team. But whatever it was out there was starting to get kind of tired of us, I think, because we started to hear a growl, like something like started growling, and that really kind of freaked everyone out. So we wanted to just kind of jump in the jeeps and leave, but we didn't want to, you know, leave the leave the others. And the growl was sort of coming from the area of the jeeps, right, and uh but just as we were about to get in the jeeps, we saw the other team drive around the mountain side and hopefully you know, that scared everything away, but we ended up packing up and leaving. But uh, yeah, it's just a lot of weird stuff that goes on in the mountains. And every time I start to like not believe in anything like that, then something happens. I can't explain. What made you interested in all those in the first place. Well, I've always been like interested in you know, like mythical creatures and ghosts and things like that. And but what really got me into it was was Squatch Fishing outfitters. My aunt had shown me a Facebook page where they were about to go out and start doing expeditions, and she thought that I'd be kind of interested in that. So I went out there, and I was just really kind of looking for someone to like friends, to go camping with. They just really kind of opened up another world for me. So you have been doing this for how many years now? Two years? Okay, I don't particularly go out in the woods, so for me it's a different thing. But we don't really have the wooded areas in my area, like you guys have down south, I'm up here in Indiana. We just have cornfields for the most part in my region. Yeah, But. When I was down in Tennessee a month or so ago, going through the mountains and everything, it's always makes me realize just how vast the areas are because I'm I've always been somewhat hesitant to to fully believe in a lot of this stuff. But at the same time, it's like there's so much out there land wise, mountain lies that are no one's really been into. It's hard to say that what's really out there. Yeah, and the woods up there are very secluded. And like if you go out there and try to drive down a forest service road, going ten miles might take you an hour because you have to go so slow, and it seems like it takes forever to get in there and out there, And so just like exploring that kind of stuff would take a really long time, and not only just because of how vast it is. Yeah, it's always been something I've wanted to do, but I'm also not so much wanting to do. It's a weird to love hate relationship. I like being outside sometimes, But then I get out in nature, especially if it's surroundings, and I'm not a big bug person. I'm not a big reptile persons. I don't know what I'm going to be getting into, So for me, I just avoided. I guess, yeah, Well, I love getting outside. I'm not a very big bug person or anything either. I don't really like getting dirty that much, but I love going outside and I just like exploring. It's just something about this that just really grabs my attention. Mm hm. You'd mentioned you've been doing this for a couple of years now. Has there ever been anything that's not so much like Bigfoot related that you've experienced. M Well, we've seen a lot of orbs out there, and I mean I've had like a lot of ghost experiences just personally. Mhm. The thing that I've noticed just by doing this, and I used to be on a different stance about it, but I've noticed when people have had experiences, it's not just one experience far as oh, I've seen a encryptid. Talk to someone more about it, you end up finding out that they usually have had some sort of paranormal experience, or they've seen orbs or they've seen some kind of weird lights in the sky. Yeah, there's like a connection to that. I think, like once you see something, you start seeing other things too. Yeah, and definitely up there we see where we have sightings. You see orbs, you see lights in the sky, you hear things that you just can't explain, and like you get rocks thrown at you, and I don't know of any other animal that can throw a rock, right, you know, But up there, I've noticed there's a lot of quartz, and some people say that quarts and other like crystals can hold energy and stuff like that. But there's so much like courts up there that you can shine a flashlight on a trail and it just kind of glitters. And that's what I find really interesting and kind of wonder if they're maybe attracted to that kind of energy or. I don't know. I know there's a lot of people out there that have different opinions, so I don't really could I don't really have one particularly, but I know there is the assumption of these things are actually made of energy, which would explain the whole loose side to everything. But yeah, it would make sense to me that a crystals and other sort of quartz and other things out there hold some sort of energy. Maybe these things, like you said, are attracted to it because maybe they need that in order to be where they're at in general, and then they can use it to get back to wherever they're originally from. Yeah, And I mean I believe they need energy, just like how some people believe that the ghosts need energy. But like when you look at it, like there's like pretty much everything has energy, like it has its own like signature. I feel like a lot of this stuff is somehow connected. So yeah, for me, like when you're talking about ghosts or apparitions or anything like that, I think they're on the same sort of plane, energy level, frequency, whatever people want to call it, all sorts of things. But I think a lot of that stuff is the same thing what people see when they see cryptids. I think it's the same thing when people see the UFO stuff. I think a lot of it is based off of energies and frequencies. And I don't know anything about what I'm talking about, just a guy with a microphone, but that's just what I believe. Well, I believe it's very possible and it could be why we haven't really scientifically proven it because maybe it's just something that we haven't really discovered yet, like how to prove you know. I think if these things really do exist, and I feel like they're not talked about, in my opinion, because it's not able to be controlled, if it's not something that they have the ability to have some sort of power over, I think it just gets ignored. Yeah, I mean, if it were true, it would change the way people think. It would change so many different things that I just I don't think that they would want that to happen, that they would just kind of want to want to keep it a secret. This kind of goes into other discussions. But with that sort of mindset, I do agree because the way the world is, it's rooted in the old ways, the old ways of thinking, and there's a lot of religious undertones to all of this too. Of how we are the way we are today is because of how things were hundreds to thousands of years ago. So by changing what we know now, it will be such a big adjustment to everything else that it will start to disprove some of the stuff that we were believed or taught to believe into It uproots all of that. So there's so much different ideologies that would have to come into play that I don't think. I really just don't think that the powers that be will ever fully admit to all the weird stuff, at least not in my lifetime. Yeah, and that's true. But if you look back like years and years ago, like with the Native Americans, you know, they believed that something was in the woods. You know, there's been stories of them, you know, talking to Bigfoot and stuff like that, and they were a lot more on like a spiritual level than we are now. You're way more. Connected, which it is tenfoil to us. I'll put my tinfoil hat on here. I wonder if that's part of the reason, not just because we wanted all the land, but like when the settlers came over here with the white people and everything else, and we kept forcing them away and we did all the bad things we did to the Native Americans. I wonder if they knew that too, and that's part of the reason when they wanted to like uproot all that, because they knew how connected they were to the world that we weren't. Yeah, go ahead. That's just one of the things I kind of think about because I feel like just from some of the things I'm doing now, like well, I'm researching for my local area. This is all used to be tribe lands, and there's a lot of weird things that go on around here that no one really talks about. But in eighteen twelve, the army came through and they wiped out majority of the tribes over here because they're either going to be forced on the Trail of Tears to move out west or not. So they have big dedication things for and they do a reenactment and they have all these signs and all this. This were chief whoever like to me, like, yeah, you're acknowledging this stuff. But like that was terrible when we came in and we burned down I say, we had nothing to do with it. But the army came through and started burning down villages of the people that lived here before we did because they wanted all the land. That's just awful in my opinion. But again, that was two hundred plus years ago. Yeah, but you know that's just how like it's it's horrible. There's nothing, there's nothing that anybody can do at this point. Yeah, I believes the Native Americans knew a lot more than then we know of them to know now, I just kind of wish I could kind of go back in time and and ask them a lot of questions. That would be very interesting. I don't know. I know, traditions and things get passed down throughout the years to everyone else, But sometimes I wonder if a lot of the stories that you hear, and the traditions and everything, maybe some of it's been lost just because of how much we've interfered with all of the natural world. So I feel like a lot of the things that were normal back in those days, I think we've advanced to the point to where we've screwed all of that up. Yeah, you know, a lot of things get lost in translation, especially when you know certain powers that be want to come in and control things and and change history. M there's always a narrative that needs fit. Well. I don't want to derail the conversation into those sort of topics. So is there anything else you'd like to talk about? H I guess that's about it. Okay, Well, we can probably wrap this one up then, But I do want to say thank you for coming on here and talking to me tonight. Well, thank you for having me. It's been a pleasure. So before we wrap it up, though, you'd go out on these hikes and everything is your group like an open group for others to look into. Oh yeah, they actually have a Facebook page. You can look them up there, Squatch Fishing Outfitters and they're based in La j Georgia. Okay, I guess for anyone out there listening, if you're in the area, if you're interested in check it out. Well, Haley again, it's been a pleasure talking to you. M hm, you two. Thank you very much. Yep, good night, good night, and that's the show everyone.
